TERMS and CONDITIONS

TIMEFRAME
Once I have all the information required to produce your documents, I will complete and send the documents to you within your nominated timeframe (usually 3-4 days).  If you require your documents sooner  a ‘rush fee’ will be charged in advance, along with your deposit.

PAYMENT
All payments are displayed in Australian Dollars.   A  50% deposit is required prior to work commencing and the balance of payment is due on completion of the documents.  A Tax Invoice will be sent to you for payment along with your final documents.  A currency converter is available here.

SATISFACTION and AMENDMENTS
Winning Resumes Australia promises excellent quality documents which have been crafted carefully to suit your job application and are unique to you.

Once you have received your documents you may contact Winning Resumes Australia within one business week to discuss any amendments you feel are necessary. Changes will be made free of charge within the first business week and we will work together to ensure you are satisfied.

PHONE CONSULTATIONS
Phone consultations will be conducted at a mutually agreeable time, taking into account world time differences.  Phone consultations (date and time) will be booked in advance and confirmed via email.  In the very rare occasion that the call is not answered (by you in person) at the agreed time, you will be still need to pay the consultation fee for a ‘non answer’.  Phone consultations are charged in blocks of 30 minutes (or part thereof) at the rate of $45 per 30 minutes.

WORKING IN AUSTRALIA
Winning Resumes Australia will produce customised documents for you to use in the process of applying for a job.  All clients are reminded to check their eligibility to work in Australia.  Visit the Government Department of Immigration here to see which VISA may suit your situation if you intend to apply for work in Australia.

ANNUAL REVIEW
Clients who purchase a package are eligible for a members’ only** Annual Review after one year, to update their previously purchased documents.  This ensures new information is included in all your documents and they are up to date with your skills and experience.  *special members rates apply.
