How it works

  • choose the product to suit your needs and complete the Online Contact Form so I can contact you
  • I will respond to you within 24 hours and let you know the timeframes available and the best package for your needs (based on what you’ve told me) and a quote for the work
  • Please pay 50% deposit prior to work commencing with the balance due on completion.

Once your deposit is received I will

  • contact you and ask for all the information I need to create your documents
  • create your resume / letter / online profile and documents in the appropriate winning format and within agreed timeframe
  • complete your documents and email them to you in MSWord format
  • send you a Tax Invoice for the document package (balance of 50% due)

Once you receive your documents you can then:

  • make your final payment for the documents via PayPal or Bank Transfer
  • contact me during the following seven days to make any any changes you require and we’ll work together to make amendments and finalise them to your satisfaction.

*As a Current Client, you are then eligible for an Annual Review of the documents you purchased, at a Members Only price.  I will review and update the documents you purchased for a substantially reduced rate so that your Resume is up to date and has all your relevant skills and experience included.
